Coaching that helps you see—and take—the next step.

At Illuminate Your Path, I help individuals navigate meaningful life transitions with clarity and confidence. Whether you're redefining your purpose or exploring new possibilities, my coaching provides thoughtful, personalized support—every step of the way.

As a certified Transformational Coach Professional, I’ve completed advanced training to support individuals through complex transitions.
Beyond coaching, my professional background includes leading community-based organizations, teaching, and working closely with children and families—experiences that continue to shape my people-centered approach.

My coaching approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and rooted in compassion. Each session, I will bring deep listening, curiosity, and a commitment to honoring your unique path.
Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, navigate challenges, and build a practical, personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

I specialize in supporting clients through major life transitions—such as relationship changes, relocations, career shifts, or navigating a new medical diagnosis.
I also offer coaching in personal development, leadership, and executive growth.
Coaching is a collaborative, thought-provoking, and creative process designed to help individuals unlock and maximize their personal and professional potential.
Unlike therapy, coaching does not position the coach as the expert. You are the expert on your life. A coach’s role is to ask powerful questions that help you uncover your own insights and solutions—rather than offering advice or analysis.
Who can benefit from coaching?
Anyone! People from all walks of life can benefit from coaching. Whether you’re navigating change, striving for a goal, or simply looking for more clarity and fulfillment, coaching can offer valuable support and structure.
How long does a coach work with a client?
Coaching sessions typically last between 30 to 60 minutes. We begin with a minimum of six sessions, but the length of a coaching partnership depends on your goals. Some clients work with a coach for three to six months, while others choose to continue longer for deeper transformation or ongoing support.
Why should I work with a coach?
People seek coaching for many reasons. Some common ones include:

"Working with Hannah was truly a lifeline during one of the most difficult chapters of my life. As I navigated the emotional and logistical challenges of caring for aging parents, she offered not only compassionate support but practical tools that helped me regain clarity, strength, and a sense of balance. Her ability to hold space without judgment, ask the right questions, and gently guide me toward healthier choices—physically, emotionally, and mentally—was exactly what I needed. I’m so grateful for her steady presence and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone facing life’s inevitable storms. Her coaching is a gift."

"Working with Hannah was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Her coaching created a calm, honest space where I could slow down, hear myself think, and get clear about what actually matters. She didn’t offer quick fixes—she guided me back to me. With her support, I was able to find balance in the middle of the chaos and make decisions that felt both grounded and brave."

"I wanted a coach to help me think through a mid-career transition. When looking for a coach, I connected with Hannah right away with her warm and empathetic approach. She was flexible and adapted to my needs as I pivoted from my original goals due to sudden career and life changes.
Not only was she great at providing recommendations for my resume, she also helped me practice interviewing, and asked really great questions that gave me confidence and direction for the next steps in my career."
- Brittany
"Working with Hannah has been transformative. She helped me work through self-doubt so that I could focus on what was in front of me with confidence and ease. Hannah, I am so grateful- would highly recommend!"
-Lauren
"Just when I needed someone with her kindness and insight, Hannah was my coach while I was at the crossroads of intersecting transitions: career, marriage, and country of residence. She managed to expertly walk the line between when to push and when to give grace.
Life transitions seem to be harder and last longer than we anticipate. Hannah was patient when I felt I didn’t make progress, encouraging when I needed it, and always maintained perspective on what was realistic. I highly recommend her services!"
